Yoga As Part of a Healing Journey with Paige Kinsella

Paige Kinsella is a health coach in training and the creator the blog ImperfectPaige.com. She shares her physical, emotional, and spiritual healing journey after years of coping with an eating disorder, autoimmune disease, chronic people pleasing, and codependency… to name a few.

She believes these issues are very real for many people, and the scariest thing about them is that they are often invisible to the outside world. It was not until Paige learned to embrace and celebrate her own imperfection that she was able to begin to heal in all areas of her life.

Yoga and mindfulness have been crucial in this process.

She also took this holistic health approach a step further and enrolled in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

Her goal is to continue to share the steps that have helped her remove toxicity from her life, in both a literal and figurative sense, in order to connect with and inspire others.

Paige recently moved to Brooklyn, NY, and is looking forward to a new adventure as she works to build her blog and health coaching business.

Spiritual Health and Wellness Harry Sherwood

Harry Sherwood’s dedication to transformation led him to travel the world. Over the last decade he lived with and learned from monks, yogis, martial arts masters, professors, and psychologists.

Harry practiced thousands of hours of meditation and received a Religious Studies degree from the University of Michigan.

He studied Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Kriya Yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and psychology. Harry also took part in shamanic ceremonies, tribal ceremonies, plant-medicine ceremonies, and funeral ceremonies ranging from China to Ghana to Indonesia to California.

The culmination of these experiences led Harry to found Consciously.org, where he and Melanie McDaniel guide people to transformation in mind, body, and spirit.
