As an Advanced Certified Jivamukti Teacher, she has been entrusted with carrying on the method’s lineage by facilitating the Jivamukti Teacher Trainings, leading immersions & retreats around the world and mentoring apprentices at the New York School.

Rima has been a long time lululemon ambassador and she is also the co-founder of Yoga Souk Beirut (http://yogasouk.com/), which opened its doors in her hometown in October 2016.

As a student of yoga, she practices daily and continues to deepen her understanding of the various aspects of yoga.

On this week episode of the Living on Purpose Podcast, I Interview Ghanashyam das. Ghanashyam das lived for 11 years in Brahmachari ashram in New York City at the Bhakti Center as a celibate monk. Presently he is working as a Hindu Chaplain at both New York Presbyterian Hospital and NYU University Hospital.

Ghanshyam das is a priest and a spiritual teacher at the Bhakti Center. He is the co-founder of The End of Life Matters Program at The Bhakti Center, an end of life care initiative.

End of Life Matters is a gathering providing support and connection for those caring for others in their final stage of life. People are invited to share their own discoveries and challenges with an experienced and supportive group. At times, being a caregiver can be challenging, isolating, or overwhelming.

If you or someone you know is dealing with the challenge of caring-giving, time with these devoted professionals can be invaluable. In these conversations we will also explore & encourage how community members may get involved in developing the Inspirit Initiative.

As the granddaughter of a Hawaiian shaman from Hana Hawaii and a 41st generation Hawaiian of Samoan, Tonga, and Maori descent, Naomi evolved into a seeker of knowledge, cultivating divine moments of truth and pure love. She searches for meaning, symbols, and secrets hidden from worldly eyes in the natural world. This led her to become an Usui Komyo Reiki Kai Master and a third degree black belt Martial Artist in Tae Kwon Do and Hun Gar Kung Fu.

Under the guidance of her skillful teachers and the lens of her own curiosity, her practice continues to evolve. Not only is she a Registered Nurse, but also a certified Clinical Nutritionist and Massage Body Worker focusing on sacral cranial work, myofascial release, reflexology and has an extensive rehabilitation background in neurology, kinesiology and orthopedics.

Always excited and inspired to learn more, she recently completed her 200-hour Vinyasa flow. Iyengar and Baptist inspired teacher training from Hot Yoga Revolution, under Danille Mojo and Toni Reino. She went on to completed her level I and II Yin Yoga Yoga teacher training, under Corina Benner of Wake Up Yoga at the Integrated Yoga Institute in NY, and continued with Paul Grilley, Bernie Clark and Sarah Powers.

Dr. Beau Adams received his bachelor of arts in communications from the Georgia State University before earning a master’s of divinity at the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Additionally, he has also achieved a Ph.D. in organizational leadership at the University of Phoenix.

Adams is the pastor of the Community Bible Church in Stockbridge, Georgia. The church—which currently has a membership of six thousand Christians—reaches an audience of thousands more both locally and internationally through its online campuses and satellite locations. It has been mentioned in Outreach magazine’s list of the hundred fastest-growing churches in America several times.

Adams has long been associated with Dr. John Maxwell’s EQUIP Ministries; he regularly assists in the training of pastors and church leaders, as well as speaking [DW1] in various countries, such as Brazil, India, the United Kingdom, and Portugal.

Beau is married to Kim, and they now have two adult children. According to Beau, he is the owner of “the greatest dog in the world.” Beau is also the Atlanta Falcons #2 fan (Kim is #1).
