The purpose of these Self-Discovery Series is specifically to help you get to know yourself better and express yourself more authentically in the world: Who are we? What do we love? What really matters to us? What do we value most about ourselves?

What Makes My Heart Sing? Exercise: A great tool to start with and discover that what makes us happiest might just be on our doorstep

In this mastermind call you will complete 3 powerful exercises that boost self-confidence and self- awareness.

What makes us truly happy? What qualities do we admire in others that we could develop for ourselves? And what unique qualities do we value MOST about ourselves?

Fabulous exercises for self-discovery!

This exercise will help you find more happiness – where you are. Creates a more joyous and genuine self-connection through understanding what makes our “heart sing”.

This is one of my absolute favorite coaching exercises and it’s incredibly simple. Its power lies in the realization that what makes us happy is usually free – and easy to do. So why aren’t we doing these things more often? Why are we so busy chasing material goals?

This exercise is also a great beginning for questioning many other things in our lives previously assumed or taken for granted.

BACKGROUND: SWOT Analysis is a commonly used tool in Business to identify organizational or team Strengths, Weaknesses and drive out Opportunities and Threats.

But did you know you can also do your own personal SWOT analysis?

Use the results to distinguish yourself, recognizing your unique skills, strengths and talents, plan strategies to manage your weaknesses and threats and take advantage of any opportunities

Despite having good intentions, many people live their lives on autopilot, not fully experiencing themselves in the world around them.

And while activities such as yoga, exercise, and meditation may help, many nd it di cult to remain focused on what’s possible when confronted with the challenges and demands of our fast-paced and ever-evolving society.

Take a moment to picture yourself in a tranquil atmosphere, separated from all the distractions you regularly encounter.

Then, ask yourself: What would I do if I wasn’t afraid?

Every person has three personalities, the one that we show to the world, Second is what we actually have, and third one is what we think we are and we have. It is fact that most of the people do not understand themselves. Our SWOT Analysis is unique and helpful for every person.

SWOT is…. (Strength, Weaknesses, opportunities & Threats )

SWOT analysis at Success and Wellness Institute is an effective way of identifying your Strengths and Weaknesses, and of examining the Opportunities and Threats you face in the attainment of your goal, carrier, business or profession.
This will help you to focus on your strengths, minimize weaknesses, and take the greatest possible advantage of opportunities available.

Carrying out a personal SWOT analysis test is an important step in finding life and career direction.

The purpose of a SWOT is to actively promote the identified strengths, minimize weaknesses by planning them out of existence, exploit the opportunities before the window closes and have contingency plans in place to minimize threats before they materialize.

The predictive capabilities of the technique come about from the consideration of your strengths and weaknesses in the context of the environment which is seen to present opportunities and threats.

Our Next Training Call will be on Meditation, Morning Pages, Self Confidence Affrimations, and Bedtime Affrimations

MAKE SPACE FOR A POSITIVE MINDSET: The average person has an estimated 70,000 thoughts per day! Take a moment to think about the thoughts that run through your mind.

Are they positive and uplifting? “Today is going to be an amazing day!” Or negative and self-defeating? “I don’t have the energy to get through today.”

Positive thoughts boost your mood, spirit, and tend to generate even more positivity and happiness in your life. Conversely, negative thoughts can create a domino effect of destructive energy.

Falling into a spiral of negativity tremendously a ects how you live your life and how others perceive you.

Thankfully, you don’t have to accept the negative internal chatter. Choose to switch to a happier perception and reach for better thoughts.

It takes a little practice, but soon enough, your mind will gravitate to the brighter side of life.

  • Learn to Meditate
  • Release Negative Thought Patterns
  • Develop Self Confidence
  • Go to Sleep with a Positive Mindset

Understanding what is important Utilize our Time more Effective and Live Life on Purpose

The Big Rocks are the major things you want to get done this week. A report, launching a new website, going to the gym, spending time with your spouse and kids, achieving your dreams.

These Big Rocks get pushed back from week to week because we never have time to do them — our days fill up too quickly, and before we know it, weeks have passed and the Big Rocks are still sitting on the side, untouched.

By understanding what is important we learn to utilize our time more effective and Live Life on Purpose. How does this simple method make you more productive? Well, productivity isn’t about doing a lot of stuff.

It’s about getting the important stuff done. But if you’re running around doing all the little stuff … sure, you did a lot and you were very busy, but how much did you really accomplish? Oftentimes we can look back on our week and say, “I didn’t get a lot done, but I sure was stressed doing it!”

In this Training Session You Will Learn the following:
