Do you seem unfocused, frustrated, or who have a lot of niggling negativity -that blocks you from moving forwards.?
For many of us, feeling stuck can be a very scary and self-critical place to be. It shows up in the space between—one way of being in the world has ended, but the next is yet to come.

Stuckness arises when we are fighting off the omnipresent unknowns in life. She hangs around when there is a fork in the road—do I leave my relationship, change my career path, move my home base, or simply let go of what is no longer serving me in order to embrace what does?

This simple coaching worksheet helps you take stock of your current situation – FAST – and then identify quick goals/actions to pull yourself out! What are you tolerating, what’s frustrating you, what do they think you SHOULD be doing, and what do you really want?

Once you get some clarity and see what written down in front of you, you’ll get insights into what’s getting in the way and can take action to move forwards

This is precisely why it’s so important to take action even if you’re not sure what you want. Otherwise, you can get stuck in “analysis paralysis” where all your amazing ideas swim around your head and never see the light of day.
Remember that you’re on a journey of discovery, and it’s the journey that is the juiciest part (not the destination). So try once and try again until you know you’re on the right track.

With each action step you take, your vision will get sharper, your days will be more joyous, and your creations will better showcase the true you.

When people have a vision for their lives it makes everything easier, from goal-setting, prioritising actions and day-to-day activities to making tough decisions.

In addition, when’ goals align with the vision you have for your life – and what’s most important to you – you’re more motivated.

A vision is a picture or idea you have in your mind of yourself, your business, or anything this is going to happen. A clear vision helps you pursue dreams and achieve goals; an idea of the future, a strong wish.

A vision that is clear will open your mind to the endless possibilities of the future.

A vision will help you to overcome obstacles in the way and helps you hold on when times are tough. A vision that is well defined helps you to focus and create a purpose that becomes your measurement for your success.

If you do not have a vision of who you want to be, how you want to succeed or what you want out of life, you begin to lack drive and your life becomes just an order of events.

A strong and current vision connects with your passions and greatest potentials. Regardless of what is going on in the world or challenges that present themselves, a vision helps you know what and why you are doing the things you are doing. Having a vision is most important in the path of your success in life.

You feel much more valuable as a person when you set and achieve visions and goals.
